What they say about Us

"The Knight Index provided me with a number of insights around stress, wellbeing and our ways of working. The 10 minute investment of time for my colleagues to complete the survey was worth it; it has given us areas to be aware of and work on. In addition, as we are in the business of creating vibrant and inspiring workplaces, it has relevance to our clients and the challenges that they face. Thank you to Mark for the opportunity to participate."

“The Knight index allowed the leadership team at 9Ways to quickly and efficiently understand the health of our organisational performance, pinpointing clearly the key areas of focus for our business.  The process from end to end was quick and efficient, supported by a suite of clear and timely communications.  The report, in addition to the Dashboard, provided us the valuable insights we needed. We’re looking forward to repeating the survey in 12 months.”

"Here at AUT (Wheels & Castors) Co Ltd and Benchmaster we recently took part in the Knight index. I can highly recommend this for your organisation, especially those currently managing the transition of employees back to the office, managing a hybrid team.   The set-up process is straight forward and relatively quick for each employee to take part. The team have a fantastic approach and following the survey, in addition to a thorough report and feedback session, they have developed a great dashboard application. This allows you to clearly understand the results of the survey and get the best insight from it."

“At PBI, we recently carried out a staff engagement survey for our entire workforce using the Knight Index.  We found the whole process was easy to navigate from initial contact, through our team engaging in the survey and ending with guidance and advice on how to interpret the data and results.  Mark and Craig have been great to work with. Having their skills and knowledge to support us through the process has been invaluable.  We will be using the Knight Index again as a business and we see it as a key tool to enhance our understanding about how our staff really feel about working with PBI and how we can make it a better place to work.”

“The Knight index has already helped our business to inform a key investment decision, driven directly by the actionable insights that it provided.    The process from the set up stage to receiving our report and online dashboard was straightforward and swift, our only investment was the time it took to complete the assessment.  The information and the support we received after the assessment was comprehensive, yet it was easy to digest and become clear on what aspects of our business we should focus upon.  I’d recommend the Knight Index to any organisation.”
